The Bureau of Indian Affairs (BIA) makes grants to eligible Native Americans. Information and applications are available through the BIA, or, if the student does not belong to an Alaska Native Corporation, from the student's own tribal headquarters. Information and applications are available from local Alaska Native Corporations for students who are members of those Corporations.
