Need-Based Grant funds may be awarded to students who meet the application and eligibility requirements and who have a demonstrated need for financial assistance in order to attend College. Need-Based Grant awards are limited to funds available for this purpose.
Students transferring to Alaska Bible College who have Federal loans are eligible to have the loans deferred until graduation from Alaska Bible College.
To be eligible for a Need-Based Grant a student must:
1. Be enrolled full-time in a Certificate or Degree Program and intend to complete the Program.
2. Show financial need by completing the Alaska Bible College Need-Based Grant Application and providing copies of signed tax returns of student and/or parent (if the student is a dependent). Submission of a copy of the Student Aid Report (SAR) received upon completion of the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) may also be required. Deadlines: July 1 for Fall Semester, December 1 for Spring Semester.
3. Maintain satisfactory progress in the course of study
