Alaska Bible College is happy to announce its partnership with KCAM, the local community radio station. The unique blend of music, local events, and Christian teaching programs on AM 790 is well-received in an area that has limited sources of communication and media. An all-music station, 88.7 FM The Light, is also in operation 24/7. Alaska Bible College students are involved as board operators, broadcasters, and office workers - reaching out to the community and getting credit for internships and Christian Ministry Training requirements. Station Manager Scott Yahr teaches an Intro to Broadcasting class in the Fall semester.
