Married Students
The College maintains a limited number of unfurnished one, two, and three-bedroom housing units on campus which are available through the Business Office on a first-come and need basis. Student Family Housing is constantly being upgraded and more homes are being added to meet the needs of families at ABC. Housing assignments are tentative until a $400 security deposit is received and the student has been accepted for admission.
Either the husband or wife must be enrolled in a Certificate or Degree Program and must be taking 12 or more credit hours in order to live in campus housing. Exceptions may be considered if housing space is available. (note: Furnishings are not provided.)
Student Family Housing requires a security deposit of $400 (refunded after passing a cleaning inspection, provided all financial obligations to the College have been satisfied).
Housing Reservations
To reserve either Dorm Housing or Student Family Housing, security deposits must be received before August 1 for the Fall Semester and before December 1 for the Spring Semester.
