Living in Community

Housing for single men and women is available through Alaska Bible College. This housing is located within walking distance of the main campus at 332 South Denali Street. Our facility is a quadplex which affords students a shared 2-bedroom apartment-style dorm that includes a full kitchen and common bathroom (there are no coed residence halls). All bedrooms are furnished with twin size beds, dressers, desks, and lamps. Located within the dorm complex is a common laundry facility.

Students are encouraged to bring their own vehicles to allow for greater personal flexibility in transportation. Parking is limited and registered vehicles will be assigned a space.

Housing Guidelines

Preference for dormitory space is given to students enrolled in a program and taking 12 or more credits each semester.  Other students may request dorm space in writing from Student Development. Single freshman and sophomore students, age 21 or younger, are required to live in the dorms unless they are living off campus with family. Permission for a single freshman or sophomore student to live off campus must be requested in writing from the Student Development office. Consideration and approval of such requests will be handled on a case-by-case basis. Students who live off campus must provide the College with evidence that their housing arrangements are safe.
