An Acknowledgement
Alaska Bible College has signed and returned the Certification and Agreement and the assurance that the institution has used, or intends to use, no less than 50 percent of the funds received under Section 18004(a)(1) of the CARES Act to provide Emergency Financial Aid Grants to students.
We have also signed and returned the Certification and Agreement and the assurance that the institution has used, or intends to use, no less than 50 percent of the funds designated under the CRRSAA and ARP (a)(1) and (a)(4) programs to provide Emergency Financial Aid Grants to Students.

Emergency Financial Aid Grant Funding & Use
Alaska Bible College received $21,034.00 for Emergency Financial Aid Grants to Students. Alaska Bible College has distributed all $21,034.00 to students. There are 30 students at Alaska Bible College eligible to participate in programs under Section 484 in Title IV of the Higher Education Act of 1965 and thus eligible to receive Emergency Financial Aid Grants to students under Section 18004(a)(1) of the CARES Act. 30 Alaska Bible College students received the funding by way of the Financial Aid Administrator making a list of all Title IV eligible students and then dividing the $21,034.00 by the number of eligible students. Each student received the same amount of funds.
Follow Up
Each qualifying student was contacted and instructed that the funds are to be used to cover expenses related to the disruption of campus operations due to coronavirus (including eligible expenses under a student’s cost of attendance, such as food, housing, course materials, technology, health care, and child care.)
